Chris is a highly experienced and respected professional with over 40 years of distinguished service in the restaurant industry covering the casual, fast-casual and family dining segments in a variety of operational and leadership roles, including: 10 years as a General Manager, 18 years as a Director (multiunit and regional operator), over 15 years of Executive level experience including 5 years as Chief Executive. Outstanding strengths and characteristics exhibited by his leadership include: Philosophical Servant Leadership, Strategic Planning, Change Management, Process Improvement, Profit Optimization, Quality of Operations emphasis and finally he is Professional, Ethical and Moral in his Behavior/Conduct, always. He attributes much of his success to the solid foundation of training and development he received from the very beginning in Humble, TX and throughout his career he has been the recipient of great teaching and mentoring by some of the industry's best leaders. Having mastered each hourly position known to a restaurant, through all of the unit level management and Director (multiunit) level management and into the C-Suite as the Chief Executive of a fast casual chain based in Dallas, TX. Chris is well qualified and equipped to lead, plan, share knowledge, direct, teach and mentor others through the necessary solutions and execution for sustainable business health. Through his vast and varied capacities and experiences in a variety of well known corporate concepts/brands and environments primarily across the Central and Southwest US, Chris has become an uncommon operations and strategic expert in every phase of the business.
